HAND TO WEAPON DRILLS 1/3 (4 count)

In this integrated short series, we will attempt to transport over and apply the hand drills done previously and use them with a weapon (short stick). Attacker is depicted with a stick or rod, and uses a downward strike.

1. Bad guy moves in with downward strike	2. Shift to Left, parry with Left hand, stick read
3. Left to Right hit to wrist or lower forearm	4. Shift in, parry or slap against Right elbow with Right hand

5. Strike with butt or reverse overhead
