BASIC CARDIO DRILLS 4/4

The last set is very taxing on the practitioner and should only be attempted by senior or experienced members. To increase the load factor, we need to incorporate jumping techniques.

 



1. Holders ready (2 paddles optimum)



2. Turning kick Left, turning kick Right



3. Jump spinning kick Left, then Right




4. Jump front kick

5. Next station.  Repeat 2 to 3 rounds, then change holders

4. Pull back right leg, step back

5. Jumping side kick

6. Next station. Repeat 2 to 3 rounds,
then change holders
