BASIC CARDIO DRILLS 3/4

The 3rd set of drills is meant to push the performance envelope by demanding multiple kicks per station.

 



1. Holders ready



2. 2 ranging kicks, one L, one R




3. Immediately shoot off 4 to 6 alternate leg front
kicks at fastest pace (kiap!)




4. Next station. Repeat 4 to 6 rounds,
then change holders

 

1. Holders ready
(2 paddles optimum)

2. Turning kick Left, then
turning kick Right


3. Immediately step spin
kick Left, step sping kick Right


4. Next station. Repeat 4 to 6 rounds,
then change holders
