The next set of cardio drills will have the additional objective of building coordination of various attacking tools.

 



1. Holders ready



2. Single front thrust kick, then
d/punch or d/palm strike




3. 4 to 6 rounds then change
holders




 

1. Holders ready

2. Rear turning kick, shift on landing,
downpunch


3. Turning kick with the other leg,
shift and downpunch




4. Next station, 4 to 6 rounds
then change partner
